FITCHIN has successfully raised a total of $5.0 million through equity and tokens.

Round 1: Raised $3,500,000 (SAFT) from a community of 120 gaming, crypto, and sports OGs. This community helped us build the infrastructure and onboard thousands of gamers to become the leading platform in the Spanish speaking world. Among the early backers, we have the team and Kun Agüero. Terms: 10% unlocked at TGE, followed by 6 months cliff and 36 months of linear unlock.

Round 1.5: Raised $1,000,000 (SAFE) from Draco Capital at $30M post-money valuation.

Round 2: This allocation targets strategic investors (SAFT) who can provide significant value beyond capital, such as partnerships and market penetration. Terms: 25% unlock at TGE, followed by 3 month lock and 15 month vesting.
