Own-to-Earn Dynamics
Clan Arena is an ecosystem that empowers communities by enabling anyone to launch their own clan with its token and compete in gaming tournaments for liquidity. This fosters long-term sustainability for Clans by allowing them to accumulate prizes, build a strong brand with high visibility, and cultivate a dedicated community. Fans who hold the token benefit from transparent price action driven by their Clan's success and can participate in key decisions.
The ecosystem features a tiered structure. New and emerging communities compete in entry-level tournaments, providing a starting point for growth. As the clans accumulate more wins and a stronger following base they advance to higher ranked tournaments. This culminates in a marquee tournament – The Ultimate Liquidity Deathmatch. Here, the most successful clans, possessing the strongest community and featuring prominent personalities, clash for the year's biggest prize pool in a high-profile entertainment event.
In the Clan Arena, both Clan Leaders and Clan Members benefit financially from participating in exciting, streamed competitions. This entertainment ecosystem also prioritizes building strong, lasting communities.
Step 1 - Launch a Clan: Anyone can launch a clan. To do so, the clan leaders need to decide on a clan’s identity (name, logo, ticker) and have a minimum following base. The identity is the most important thing for the clan because it is what fans will get excited about and something that will follow the clan from that beginning till becoming a big big recognized brand. The next step for the clan is to launch a token. At the Clans Arena launchpad tokens will have its bonding curve that is set up in $CHIN and, once graduated by having enough supporters, will be publicly traded. Upon graduation, the clan will receive a lootbox with the first assets to begin the journey.
Step 2 - Compete: Clans compete in gaming tournaments that leverage the FITCHIN infrastructure. The competition provides a purpose to the token and fosters community building, being able to leverage the existing strong community present in the ecosystem, while also allowing speculation. The tournaments are fought for liquidity which in turn attracts more supporters, where the winners earn a share of the prize pool fairly rewarding all token holders.
The tournaments have two Own-to-Earn dynamics:
Liquidity Fights:
Every Clan can participate by having a ticket to the tournament
Tickets can be earned or purchased with $CHIN
Tournaments have a pre-set amount for the prize pool in $CHIN depending on the ticket to enroll
Every round has a defined reward in $CHIN or/and assets
Prizes distributed by buying tokens increase the demand and price
Community Jackpot Bundle:
On every round a wager can be placed on a Poker style dynamic
Community can decide how to play it & chip-in
Higher upside or loss of accumulated rewards based on wager tier
Step 3 - Mature Brand: The more a clan wins, it gains a bigger fanbase and builds liquidity unlocking more advanced tournaments and a path to stardom. The FITCHIN Ultimate Deathmatch is our high-roller marquee tournament that leverages the famous IPs and personalities in our ecosystem and invites existing and new token communities to participate. Through this tournament the tokens have the opportunity to compete with big and consolidated tokens on their journey to become a recognizable brand in the ecosystem and beyond.
